More Great Gadgets From The Robson Company

A new version of the Thumbnail and more

The Robson Company has improved its very popular Thumbnail Extension product, reviewed here on WRN. So whats new? The Thumbnail Curve as its now called, is contoured making it even easier for those with shorter fingers to reach the turn signals. It covers the stock button better so when a rider with a short thumb reaches for the turn signal, the Thumbnail Curve extension is right within reach so the rider doesnt have to move his or her hand off the throttle or handgrip.

The Thumbnail Curve makes it easy for small hands to reach the turn signal on Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

Chris Robson of The Robson Company tell us he listened to his customers feedback when changing the design of the Thumbnail. The added curve, and the elimination of the front rim and arrow give the Thumbnail Extension its new sleek look. WRN readers raved about the original Thumbnail as youll see by reading the comments by clicking on the link above. We think youll like this one even better.

Another Cool Product
The Robson Company is introducing a new product that adds a little bling for normally black Harley-Davidson fairings. Cateyes is the name for a trim cover created for Harley-Davidson Batwing fairing accessory buttons. Cateyes are designed with a prism finish on a flat surface to reduce glare like what chrome would do.

The Cateyes fairing cover adds a little more flash to your Harley.

The package includes left and right “Cateyes,” two plugs for empty switch locations (shown on the left side of the photo), an alcohol cleaning pad, and mounting instructions. Visit RobsonCo.com for more information.

  1. These extensions are awesome! I stumbled onto the link for these while reading another review. They are exactly what I’ve been looking for. I put them on my Sportster and Fat Boy Lo. I don’t have to hunt for the turn signals anymore and accidentally roll on the throttle or honk the horn. My husband rode the Fat Boy and liked them so much he asked me to order some for his bikes too. His hands are plenty big but he liked how easy it was to activate the turn signal. Easy to install, great price, highly recommend!

  2. I found this article while just randomly checking out the reviews here. I ordered directly from the manufacturers Web site. My hands are a ladies size s/m and I often rolled on the throttle a bit when using the right turn signal. No more! Great product – thanks for the review!

  3. This is the most useful gadget I’ve added to my bike my far. My hands are so small that I had a hard time learning to find the turn signals by feel and found myself looking down to find them often (not a good thing to do!), especially since mine don’t self-cancel very well. Now I can very easily reach the signals without even having to think about it. I know it’s a little thing but it was really a huge confidence booster! (Unfortunately sometimes I still honk the horn when trying to change from high to low beams! Oh well.)

  4. My husband said — well, let's just say he wasn't putting them on my bike. If you're big enough to ride you gotta ride like it is. Haha, I bought some and when he changed my handlebars and controls he put them away with the extra parts. Well I didn't ask and after about a year he finally got them out and I put them on. They have been a life saver.

If you have trouble reaching the turn signal or your hands going to sleep you need these little extras. Ladies need things the guys don't and probably don't think of.

  5. I am so excited to receive my “Thumbnail Curves.” I am only 4 feet 11 inches and have the hands to match. I have struggled for years to hold the clutch in and turn on the turn signal on my Softail Deluxe. Oftent imes I end up using my other hand to do it. This is gonna be way cool!
