Further to Deborah's note: anyone traveling with a firearm will need to either store it at an appropriate secure location in the US before entering Canada or, at the time of reporting to the Canadian Border Services Officer declare that you have it in your possession. Canada Border Services Agency will store the weapon for you securely while you visit the conference and you will be able to pick it up on your way back to the US. Failure to abide by the rules regarding firearms will lead to serious consequences. Please visit www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca, the Canada Border Services Agency web site for information pertinent to visiting Canada.

The rooms at the resort are already sold out. I don't see any other places mentioned. Any info on where else to stay?
