After reading the review I went and took a look at the Power Trip Web site and also Googled for more reviews. The reviews were all positive. I like the jacket for all the reasons mentioned but also the back of the jacket is a little longer and being able to adjust the fit is a big plus.

I've been riding some 55 years. Rode a lot of years thinking I was being cool riding in leathers until I discovered textile. Nothing like it. I will never go back to leather. My textile is water repellent and keeps me warm. This jacket looks like it should belong in my cupboard.

Check out the Joe Rocket Ballistic pants or Alter Ego pants. Power Trip is the the sister brand to Rocket and will match up to the Dakota II jacket. Both pants have a removable waterproof liner and adjustable inseam length. The Alter Ego pant features a removable panel for hot weather ventilation, where as the Ballistic pant does not. About $50 price difference between the two. The Alter Ego runs $199.99 and the Ballistic $149.99. Hope this info helps.

I really like the look of this jacket. I'm always looking for a comfortable jacket to wear. Also with it being waterproof is a plus. What about pants do they have any in the same fabric?
