Samantha Morgan is an inspiration. She passed away on my birthday, and am very sad that I never got to meet her. Just from reading about her, I fell in love with her spirit. At least she is no longer in pain. RIP Samantha.

Genevieve and Betsy and all my riding sisters,

This is my introduction to Sam Morgan. It's bittersweet to know that she is already riding in another place and this earthly space does not contain her any longer. In my selfishness, I wish it were not so, just so I could see her bravado and zest for life. How fortunate for anyone that was enriched by her.

What will happen to her life's work and her dream of her own Drome?

Samantha has some very special friends who are compiling all the memorabilia she left behind to be put in a museum. Two motorcycle musuems have expressed interest in creating a section devoted to her. We'll keep you posted.

As for her own drome, that probably won't happen.
