Actually, most of the time, I kept looking in my mirrors to make sure the trailer was there. It is the easiest little trailer to pull and to detach and move around, very well balanced.
I think the driving a big rig helped me as far as packing. People tend to pack more than they actually need. When I got home, we had food that we didn't use, clothes we didn't wear. Now I know what and how much to take. If you don't have it with you, buy it. The biggest thing that I liked was when we did stay at Motels, I stock up on shampoo, conditioners, lotions and soaps. They are small and they pack well inside ziplock baggies. Always use those.....messy if you don't.
