Seats for Short Legs

Postby covertune » Sun Sep 10, 2017 1:20 pm

I'm currently riding a V Star 650 and toying with the idea of moving up to the 950. I have a buddy with a 950 and he let me take it for a cruise, it was pretty sweet but I immediately realized I had to scoot my butt forward an inch or two in order to reach the foot controls. It didn't make the 20 minute ride uncomfortable at all, but I'm sure it would on longer rides. Is there an aftermarket seat - or something - to alleviate this issue?

I can't answer your question because I don't have short legs, but I do have a VStar 950 and I love it. I definitely recommend it!

Try looking at Corbin or Mustang seats. Or, you could have your current seat redone by someone... Rich's, Russell, etc.
