My hair is short, so I can't speak from experience, but I would think if your hair fits under the helmet (unless you got a larger size for the extra hair), it should fit under the skull cap. One of the site sponsors makes do rags that have a hole in the back for long hair, if they're still here. Then the hair streams in the wind behind you and looks cool.

I'm a new rider, and also a gym enthusiast. My gym is all local roads from my house, & I was thinking about eventually riding to the gym. I had those same thoughts also about having to change back into my riding clothes! And I wonder if my helmet would even fit in my locker.

I have a lot of long hair, and I put it in 2 braids when I ride. When I'm at the gym it is either in braids or in a bun depending what body part I am lifting for that day. Maybe that will work for you with a cap.
