It looks like NO OTHER Vulcan 500, it is accessorized with big bike parts; custom full-sized crashbars w/pegs, custom drivers backrest, full-sized floorboards, full windshield, matching saddlebags, an AIR HORN (it sounds like a car!), along with 9 other accessories.
