Hey Ronstar, how are those turns going, BTW pretty much summed it up. Just remind yourself to relax those shoulders and LOOK where you are going, can you start with some slightly wider turns until you get your confidence back?
Make sure you are maintaining that clutch in the friction zone, if you suck that clutch in to the bar you then loose "drive to the rear wheel" and the bike becomes unsteady. Practice working in the friction zone and REAR brake use in a straight line first, remember keep those eyes looking UP, where you want to go, NOT at what is down below!
Have you got a push bike? Maybe get out on that and practice dragging a little rear brake and looking through your turns, do some circles around 7m and practice looking half a circle ahead. I know it is a totally different weight to the motorbike but it may help with getting you in that habit of looking ahead.
